I'm Nyachu online, Tanya off (but I'll go by either online). I've been reading and watching the Arthur series since I was eight years old (I'm now 20), and I'm a huge animation fan in general. I've recently gotten back into the series and introduced it to my teenage brother and sister (yes, they watch it, even as teenagers). What I like about Arthur is it never gets old.

Hello! I have been an Arthur fan as long as I can remember. I was first introduced to Arthur by Reading Rainbow - Bill Cosby read Arthur's Eyes. My mom went out and bought Arthur's Eyes for me (you should see my original copy, super dog-eared) and then went on to buy other Arthur books for me. I was a junior in high school when the Arthur series on PBS started, and I was introduced to it by my aunt that remembered how much I enjoyed the Arthur books when I was younger. I missed the first month and a half of original episodes but quickly got caught up. I would say my hobby is Arthur, I collect everything Arthur and have every Arthur book, DVD and doll ever made, along with a lot of other stuff. I love the humor in Arthur, and I love how after 30 years Arthur is still basically the same - he and Buster still play at the arcade, he still watches Bionic Bunny, he has bottle caps and records in his bedroom, etc. Arthur is just a lot of fun, and I hope it continues to be on PBS for a long time! I am also hoping for more DVD episode releases!

Hi, I just joined this forum. I am glad to know I am not the only adult that loves Arthur! I started reading the books when I was younger and then I got introduced to the show! At age twenty I still love them both!

Not to mention there are some younger fans too (I'm 13) I started watching Arthur in 2000 (only 3 at the time, obviously couldn't watch it when it started). I only recently got back into watching Arthur, and now I've seen almost the entire series. The only thing I dislike about Arthur is the fact that the voices for the characters switch so often! Arthur's voice is higher than DW's in Season 13.
