I was at the thift store right? And I forgot to bring money so I was looking around and I see this Arthur doll no rips no tears in good condtion cost 1$. My grandma said I couldn't buy it! Then I look it up online and its worth 30.00 bucks!!!!!!

If it cost one dollar, why wouldn't she let you buy it????? That makes no sense to me. After all, you could have spent your dollar on bubble gum and bubble gum doesn't last nearly as long as plush toys.
I would go back to the thrift store if I were you.
