What did you think of this week's Season 14 Arthur episodes - 3 1/2 hours this week with 2 more Halloween week and the remaining 5 for Season 14 (titles TBA) slated to air in Spring 2011?:
The Wheel Deal - Surprising Brain broke his leg and ended up in a wheelchair. Nice to see the created from an ARTHUR ALL KIDS CAN contest new Arthur character Lydia Fox.
The Buster Report - Liked the opening where Arthur's class was in Ancient Greece. Even Mr. Ratburn was in the RATBURN RATS ROCK BAND.
The Agent of Change - I liked the movie Francine and Muffy saw that spoofed Disney/Pixar's Cars called "Trucks". Even Molly's created character of Agent Double X was okay.
D.W. Unties the Knot - Too bad D.W. did a faux wedding for the Unicorn King, but the Tibbles never should throw cooked rice!
Nicked By a Name - Featured the return of the Mighty Mountain Cheerleaders (first seen in Season 13's "The Pride of Lakewood") and even Muffy became a cheerleader for the Lakewood Soccer team! Did you even notice Francine's soccer dance and Brain acting as an ad agent?
The Play's The Thing - First time Rattles and Slink was in an Arthur cartoon with spoken lines since Season 9! Liked the funny misspelled Tough Customer shirts and Muffy's Smart Phone E. Odd to turn the Lakewood Elementary playground and jungle gym into a theme park with Muffy's and Binky's help.
SEASON 14 VOICE FACTS:
* Each episode now features the voice cast for the 1/2 hour episode.
* Dark Bunny's voice actor is credited!
* New voice actors for Tommy Tibble, Timmy Tibble, and James McDonald.
* Eleanor Noble returns to voice George for the first time since Season 11. (Samantha Reynolds voiced George in Seasons 12 and 13)
* Phoebe McAuley is credited for voicing a Mighty Mountain girl.
* Rattles is voiced by Scott Beaudin (someone else might have voiced Rattles for the first 9 Arthur seasons)
* Guess who voices Slink of the Tough Customers? MICHAEL YARMUSH - the original voice of Arthur for the first 5 Arthur seasons.
Can't wait for the next 2 Season 14 1/2 hour Arthur episodes, one to air on October 25, 2010 and the other to air on October 29, 2010.
