It seems as if Arthur has gone significantly downhill. Although season 16 came out a while ago, I feel as if the show went downhill big time. Season 15 was the last great season. Do not get me wrong, I love this show and there have been good episodes in season 16, but alot are starting to get cheaper. Is it just me?
