In this episode, Arthur writes to kid from another country, of which turns out to be related to Mrs. McGrady, the lunchroom lady. She then sets the two up for a game of basketball. But Arthur isn't any good, so his friends try to give him a crash course on all of the things that he needs to know. In the end, it turns out that the Pen-Pal friend isn't very good either. So, what did you guys think of this one?

I have never watched this one before. The only pen pal of Arthur's that brings to mind is Buster when he is on his travels with Dad. In a few slips of some episodes, it shows what Arthur does in Elwood City and what Buster misses. In those few episodes, Arthur writes to Buster at the last section or part.
Your favorite character seems to be Fern. I like Arthur Read best, because he and I have so much in common! We both wear glasses! He goes to elementary school, but he never ages. I went to elementary school and graduated.

This was an Arthur GOOD SPORTS chapter book, not an Arthur episode.
