Is anyone familiar with the chaffuer/butler of the Crosswire Family named Bailey? He is voiced by Bruce Dinsmore (who also voices Binky Barnes and Arthur's Dad) as what I recently noticed in the end credits of the Season 3 Postcards from Buster episode "Buster in Beijing".
He is in most of the Muffy episodes, but I think the one that most prominently featured him was Muffy's Art Attack. He had a pretty big part in Spoiled Rotten as well. His advice and answers to Muffy are always hilarious.
